Placing an order
• After submitting the order, you will receive a confirmation email
• You cannot cancel an order or make any changes to the order once it has been submitted
• Merchandise will be dispatched to you in 7 to 10 working days

Delivery Fee
For HKSAR, Macao and Mainland China
• We are using SF Express for delivery and will provide tracking number.
• Delivery fee is HKD$50 for single order below HKD$2,000
• Free delivery for single oder over HKD$2,000
For Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan, Australia & New Zealand
• We are using Hong Kong Post Air for delivery and will provide tracking number.
• Delivery fee is HKD$250 for single order below HKD$3,500
• Free delivery for single oder over HKD$3,500
For US, UK, EU
• We are using Hong Kong Post Air for delivery and will provide tracking number.
• Delivery fee is HKD$350 for single order below HKD$4,500
• Free delivery for single oder over HKD$4,500
According to Hong Kong Post, it will take 6 to 28 working days for air mail items to reach recipients, subject to flight availability, progress of customs clearance and aviation security check, etc. Sundays and public holidays are excluded for the purpose of determining the date of posting or arrival in Hong Kong for all mail items and for performance measurement under the performance pledges.

根據香港郵政指引，投遞空郵包裹往海外目的地需要6至28工作天，當中視乎航班狀況、清關進度及航空保安檢查等因素而定。在計算各類郵件的投寄日及抵港日，以及評估服務承諾下的服務表現時，星期日及公眾假期不計算在內。
